Bookings 1.10.236

This release of Bookings includes the following.

Payments

• Capita Paye.net (Pay360) has been added as a payment provider
• The offline payment option (originally used to log cash payments) has been extended to allow card payment as an option. The link to take card payments will use the "cardholder not present" flag to bypass additional security
• The Adelante payment provider has been updated to the latest version  (version 10.1.22)
• The offline and cardholder not present payment options can now be used when assisting a user

Booking Management

• When managing an event occurrence, the "Bookers" tab now lists bookings in the order they were booked, with the most recent at the top
• The  Event Manifest  has been improved, allowing full booking details, including plugin data, to be displayed in a paged list. Previously you had to view each booking individually, or download all the data as a CSV file

Dashboards and Reporting

Full documentation for the new Bookings dashboards will be on the site soon, but in summary:

• There's a new income breakdown dashboard which:
  • Shows a breakdown of income
  • Shows a breakdown of number of bookings
  • Shows a breakdown of events
  • Has a search with different date ranges
  • Shows all events if none are related to the article
  • Limits events to those that are related to the article
  • Shows how the payment was made (ie via assisted or self service)
• There's a new attendance breakdown dashboard which:
  • Shows a breakdown of attendance
  • Shows a breakdown of the number booked
  • Shows a breakdown of events
  • Has a search with different date ranges
  • Shows all events if none are related to the article
  • Limits events to those that are related to the article

A new datasource end point has been added to the Data Exporter for cancelled bookings. Setting up a schedule that calls getCancelledBookings will create an export file for cancelled bookings which includes:

• Event Name
• Packages Sold
• Occurrence Date
• Booker Name
• Booker Email
• Occurrence BK
• Booking BK
• Total Amount
• Cancellation Date
• PayID (payment reference number)

Fixes

• We've improved performance when a booking is updated
• The internal workings of Bookings was only able to retrieve 50 articles using a given template. That limit has been removed. The limit affected the appointment search in Registrars
• The manifest CSV now supports plugin forms with repeating pages
• We've fixed a phone number validation error on the booking forms

Case Management 1.36.1678

This release has a single fix for last week's release, which had an error (a mismatched version of a payment field) that prevented it from being deployed.

Find My Nearest 2.1.5

Find My Nearest now uses the version of Handlebars found in Core Resources rather than its own.

iCM.NET Framework

Includes:

• icmdotnet.caching 26.6.4 - Fixes an issue where the caching would break if it encountered an invalid layer in the config
• icmdotnet.mvc.theme 26.7.470 - A fix for the paging component so that the "next page" button is disabled when you are on the last page in the list
