Breaking Changes

Case Management 1.42.1912

This release:

• Fixes duplicate questions appearing when asking for more information from the person who raised the case
• Fixes cache locks in the case search
• Improves caching in case type lookups
• Removes the Capita payment field from the Case Management source files (payment fields are managed separately in the standard site)
• Turns off autocomplete in the response task so browsers don't attempt to prefill the form

This fixes the layout and behaviour of the facets on the Search template at narrower/mobile screen widths. It also adds internal features to support future work.
