Emails Sent by iCM

iCM can send emails to users as content is updated, when articles go through approvals, as a result of scheduled tasks and maintenance, and if any errors occur.

Enabling the External Content Search

iCM has the ability to search for external content using either Bing or Google and then import that content into the iCM Media Library.

iCM Single Sign-On

iCM Single sign-on (SSO) can be set up to use LDAP or LDAPS, synchronising groups and users and allowing login with domain credentials.

Search Indexing

This article describes how the content created in iCM is indexed in the SOLR search engine.

Search Ranking

When you perform a search, the results you get back will be the most relevant. Relevancy is calculated using the following rules.

Text Editor Configuration

Add new styles to the text editor and the content clean-up iCM performs when articles are created.

Using External Datasources

External databases can be used in various ways in iCM Forms and End Points. These databases need to be defined as datasources in the configuration sent to the API Server.
