Assessing your Skills

Training and onboarding is available at any point during your GOSS journey. Topics are designed to meet all skill levels, and a dedicated trainer will work with you to understand the gaps in your knowledge, what training courses are needed, and who would be best to take part.

Creating your Training Plan

Using your organisation's skills assessment, we'll plan the finer details of your training. Your trainer will meet with you to establish your training plan, expectations of the training, and agree training outcomes. This also is the perfect time to get answers to any outstanding training queries.
