Room Bookings is a complete room management and booking system delivered via your website. It includes room calendars, booking forms, room equipment and resource lists, a view of "My Bookings" and a search with a range of filters to find available rooms and make bookings directly from the results.
Room Bookings uses iCM articles to define buildings, floors, and the rooms on each floor. Once buildings and floors have been created in iCM, rooms are created and managed from the front-end site using the "contribute" form and Self Service/User Request templates.
