This documentation describes the integration between GOSS iCM, Idox Uniform Connectors and the Idox DMS. There are multiple elements which make up the integration, however the main requirement is to have an iCM form submission result in the creation of a new (or renewal of) an Idox Uniform case.
This document does not provide detailed information around the Idox connector methods, as such it should be read alongside the technical documentation provided by Idox.
Introduction
The Idox Uniform system is broken up in to several modules, each module has its own Connector, which is an Idox term used to represent a SOAP based webservice API.

How to put together a form which submits a new request into the SR or LI connectors and integrates with other functionality in the platform.
