Breaking Changes

iCM.NET Framework (Theme) 29.9.487

The version of jQuery used by the site framework has been upgraded from version 2.2.4 to 3.7.1. We've reviewed our use of jQuery across our products and, following recent updates, they are all compatible with the latest version.

If you have made use of jQuery in your forms or custom JavaScript added to a subsite, you should review the jQuery upgrade guide at https://jquery.com/upgrade-guide/3.0/ (opens new window).

We have also included the jQuery migration plugin (described in the jQuery page linked above). The plugin is not enabled by default. If you have made extensive use of deprecated jQuery features and feel that you would need the plugin to be enabled to help while you update your JavaScript, please contact the support team.

Case Management 1.43.1938

This release has the following improvements:

• We've removed unnecessary calls to update the task titles in Self Service, improving performance
• Refactored how case configuration is retrieved, improving performance
• When raising a case, you can now set the initial status and directly assign it to a case manager (rather than a group) by setting form_CASESTATUS and form_CASEASSIGNEE variables in your start form. The createCase API has been refactored to support this

Classifieds 10.1.2

Classifieds has been added to the standard site. There are no new features or fixes, we've just not had it as part of the deployment package before now.

Command Theme 13.7.71

This release updates some CSS to support future work. There are no changes to existing sites using the theme.

Events 15.6.56

We've added rel="nofollow" attributes to the Event Search paging and facet links to prevent search crawler bots crawling near infinite combinations of facets.

This release also changes the Event Search URL parameters to use standard key=value pairs (ie key=value1&key=value2 rather than key=value1,value2), fixes duplicate alt text for social media icons on the Location template, and adds a missing translation for the invalid date range i18n token in the Event Search controls.

An update to make the product compatible with jQuery 3.

This release supports the Event release above and fixes a bug seen in the Dynamic theme where background images were incorrectly appearing in List article list items.
