Case Management 1.42.1912

This release:

• Fixes duplicate questions appearing when asking for more information from the person who raised the case
• Fixes cache locks in the case search
• Improves caching in case type lookups
• Removes the Capita payment field from the Case Management source files (payment fields are managed separately in the standard site)
• Turns off autocomplete in the response task so browsers don't attempt to prefill the form

Case search results can now be sorted by the date the case was created.

iCM4j Framework 29.18.1437

We've fixed a 500 error that would be thrown if a subsite homepage was secured or set not to display, and the layout and behaviour of the facets on the Search template at narrower/mobile screen widths.
