User

The user selector defines the selected data by its relationship to a named user. The name will always be the registered username of a website user (ie the name they use to log in). It is common to all workers.

See the various Functions for examples.

PropertyTypeDescription
matchAllBooleanIf true all records (considering the other selectors) will be selected. If unspecified or false at least one other property must be set
createdByStringOnly records created by this user will be selected
involvedStringRecords involving this user will be selected

Involved Users

Users become "involved" in records by interacting with them in some way. All users creating records count as being "involved" in them.

Workflow

Instances will be returned where the involved user has initiated the workflow, completed a task, sent a message, or had some other interaction with the workflow, either as the identified user for the interaction or as a proxy.

History

Histories will be returned where the involved user has generated events, either as the named userId or proxyUserId (following our standard conventions). The first event in a history lists the user who created the history.

Objects

Objects will be returned that were either created by or last updated by the involved user.
