Footer

The footer area is displayed at the bottom of every page. It contains site-wide components like the footer logo, utility menu and copyright information.

Footer Links

Three columns of links can be set to display in the footer. In the subsite configuration you can set a "Column heading" and use the "Articles" picker to create left, middle and right columns. Take care over the number of articles you pick in each column as they will all appear and may wrap strangely.

Utility Menu

The utility menu is used to hold links to important pages on the site. The items displayed in this menu are links to the child articles of the article selected in the "Footer utilities" picker in the subsite configuration. The bottom utility article itself is normally turned off so that it doesn't appear in the site navigation and breadcrumb.

Footer Image

The footer image is set in the subsite configuration. It will be scaled to a square 125px wide, so pick an image larger than that.

Copyright Information

The site's copyright information begins with the copyright symbol, ©, followed by the current year and the site's name.

The current year is supplied by the web server and the <Subsite title> comes from the text in the "Title" field of the subsite configuration.

Powered by GOSS

At the bottom of the footer is a link to the GOSS Interactive website. It is not content managed.
