The site frameworks now include additional settings for Twitter card images.
In the subsite settings you can choose between the standard summary card (the default behaviour from previous framework versions) or a summary card with a large image.
The image that gets used in the card is either the first image related to the article, the image picked using the "SEO article extras", or your website logo. See Metadata Properties, Unfurling and Structured Data Markup for more information.
