Deletes the SOLR collection.
This method should rarely, if ever, be used. Once built (as part of the initial platform setup) updates to the collection are managed by the workflow engine itself. Manually rebuilding the collection (which would have to be done after deleting it, using the iCM scheduled task) is resource intensive and will take a long time.
