MyGovScot

The mygovscot worker exposes all of the webservices that have been developed to support the tools provided by the MyAccount service. This has been designed to help public sector organisations deliver services to the right person.  The service consists of a number of different tools and services but can be broken down at a high level into the following components:

myaccount: sign-In: Web single sign-in services including authentication, credentials management and account registration and management
the worker provides the following methods

  1. Register a Citizen Via their NEC Card
  2. Register a Citizen (online)
  3. Register a Citizen (offline)
  4. Change Level of Assurance

NB single sign-in and authentication services are provided by the Auth Worker

myaccount: data: Tools to help public sector organisations build a single view of their customers
the worker provides the following methods

  1. Change Address
  2. Change Personal Details
  3. Change Citizen Subscriptions

myaccount: verify: Verification, validation and data correction tools to promote data integrity
the worker provides the following methods

  1. Search Citizen Details
  2. Query UCRN
  3. Query UPRN

myaccount: notify: Change intelligence and trust brokerage
the worker provides the following methods

  1. List Notifications
  2. Get a Notification
  3. Acknowledge a Notification

Finally there is a utilities method that returns enumerations for use in the main service tools List Supported Codes
