New Features

  • CM-72 - Case sub-types. Sub-types are a way to further define a case type. For example, complaints could have sub-types for "roads", "waste" etc. Sub-types are set up in case configuration, displayed on the case, and can be changed by the case manager

Improvement

  • CM-40 - Case Search - Add "This Week" and "This Month" options to the drop-down
  • CM-86 - Case Search - Who assisted can now be displayed in the results
  • CM-84 - case Search - The Case Manager/Group can now be displayed in the results
  • CM-76 - Add a confirmation step to deletion of attachments
  • CM-85 - Config Manager - Display the case type ID in a read read-only field
  • CM-92 - Tasks now have a process variable called caseTaskName containing the user-friendly task name

 Fixes

  • CM-6 - Missing default value for the gi.cm.case.feedback.contact.behalf  i18n token
  • CM-104 - locationtypes.getConfig End Point missing from build which would cause the "this period vs last period" dashboard to error
  • CM-209 - Config Manager - Hidden error message when entering groups
  • CM-210 - Config Manager - Request Payment Task can't be configured to use PayPal
  • CM-719 - Citizen can potentially change case type mid process
  • CM-724 - Default complaints config references a client name
  • CM-728 - Case Search returns no results of configured to search all case types
  • CM-729 - Generic Response Task fails when no templates are setup
