Improvements

  • CM-1019 - The Case Search interface now has additional fields so specific values can be searched for (address, email, name, phone) rather than do everything via keyword. See Case Search - Classic for a description of the new options
  • CM-1111 - The Case Search keyword field now ANDs search terms together, rather than ORing them, giving more accurate results as more terms are entered. This can be changed in the Case Management Environment Configuration.
  • CM-1116 - The Case Search now returns no results if you don't select any case types in the article extras. Previously it would search all case types

 Fixes

  • CM-1020 - When assisting a user the Case Search and search details view use the proxied user's permissions rather than the staff member, resulting in a loss of functionality. Use the staff permissions instead
  • CM-1097 - Related to CM-1020. When assisting a user, notes and history records are incorrectly recorded as being added by the user being assisted rather than the staff member - make sure the staff member is recorded as the person performing the action
  • CM-1104 - The Case Search template article extra form should be removed from the installation files and included as part of the template definition
  • CM-1113 - Add missing gi.common.* internationalisation tokens in the Case Management release
