Improvements

  • CM-1114 - In Case Management Complaints, when a case is reassigned, a new status can be set (using caseConf.assignmentMap[n].status in the case configuration End Point) rather than it defaulting to open.

Task

  • CM-1125 - Update installation package to use the latest version of Comms Template Manager (1.0.12) as the previous version brought in an old version of the Solutions API End Points, causing emails not to be sent
