New Features
- CM-844 - Preliminary work to download full case history, generating a single zip file containing all attachments, emails, history and original case submission. This feature is not enabled in this release but will appear in a future one. The documentation will be updated at that time. This has now been enabled in the 1.23.193 release
- CM-1201 - Write candidate groups to reporting history. Now when a case is raised or reassigned, the name of the candidate case manager group is recorded in the "reporting" history
Improvements
- CM-1248 - Improve the way the End Point
goss.CaseManagement.v1.core.assign.getAssignees looks up user details to make it more performant - CM-1252 - Change the default file upload configuration as follows (These defaults are set in the Environment Configuration. Staff interface values can be set on a per-case basis in the Attachments configuration):
- Increase maximum file size for staff uploads from 5MB to 10MB
- Increase total uploads for staff from 10 files to 20 files
- Increase maximum file size for citizen uploads on the "Contact citizen response" form from 3MB to 6MB
Fixes
- CM-891 - The active cases dashboard is showing outstanding cases when there are none. The graph was failing to take into account when a case was opened, so a case opened on a Friday would actually appear as "outstanding" on the bar charts of the preceding Monday to Thursday
- CM-895 - Converting a case doesn't update the
#form_SERVICEREQUESTTEXT# variable which appears as the description in Self Service - CM-1170 - Dashboard week, month and quarter options seem to have an extra day in the "current" time period. This fix means the current period now includes "today" and counts backwards inclusively
- CM-1229 - On the active cases dashboard the links to view cases in "View Cases SLA details" all have "undefined" rather than the business key so don't work
- CM-1251 - Remove the i18n token in the appointment ICS filename
- CM-1261 - When a citizen responds to a question, the task description in Self Service is not updated correctly
