  • CM-930 - Create a routine action to change the stage of a case, and add stage change as a trigger point

Improvements

  • CM-1221 - Dashboard breached SLA information should respect calendar/working day settings in a case's configuration
  • CM-1222 - Dashboard "average time to close" counts should respect calendar/working day settings in a case's configuration
  • CM-1364 - Amend the return value for the terminateProcess End Point. This will prevent a situation where a task can be closed but the record in the parent case still has it marked as open, preventing the case from closing
  • CM-1371 - Update history digest (which generates data for the dashboards) to include CaseType, CaseSubType and CaseStage

Fixes

  • CM-1223 - The closure dashboard "breached case details" the graph and table data don't match
  • CM-1245 - Enquiry View showing Cases as breached when they haven't
  • CM-1282 - Fix an intermittent error ("Workflow Error: Task 'xxxxxxx' not found or specified user is not valid assignee/candidate, or task does not match specified process definitions") when adding tasks to a case
  • CM-1375 - Fix an error in the history digest End Points "Failed to digest histories: Failed to populate last value operation: String or binary data would be truncated"
