Improvements

  • CM-1205 - The SLAs of breached cases can now be extended. When you extend an SLA to a date in the future you can also change the status from "escalated" to a relevant in progress status
  • CM-1423 - Improve the tolerance of the Case Search so that it doesn't error if the address associated with a case isn't in the expected string format (ie it now tolerates arrays where each element in the array is a line of the address)
  • CM-1504, CM-1508, CM-1509, CM-1515 - Optimise the way case data is retrieved to deliver performance improvements
  • CM-1506 - Where possible split the Case Details form into separate pages to improve performance rather than showing/hiding fields on the same page
  • CM-1517, CM-1518 - Refactor the Case Details and View Case Details (from the search results) forms to use the new data retrieval methods

Fixes

  • CM-1528 - Make sure the action buttons don't disappear after creating a task
