Fixes
- CM-1612 - When converting a case from one type to another, fix a validation error that stops the "Cancel" button from working
- CM-1620 - Fix a permission checking issue that prevented some users viewing case details from the search results
- CM-1629 - After converting a case, make sure that any notes added before the case was converted can still be be seen
