Fixes

  • CM-1635 - Fix an error that caused closed cases to appear as if their SLAs had breached even if they had been closed within SLA
  • CM-1658 - If the showContactCitizen property, added in 1.28.500, wasn't present in the environment configuration End Point then an error was thrown
  • CM-1659 - Fixed a problem introduced by the holiday changes introduced in 1.28.500 that would prevent new tasks from starting
  • CM-1660 - Fixed a problem that would prevent case details from loading if an email was logged as being sent using the API
  • CM-1661 - The End Point getCaseById is now more tolerant when case data is not in the format it expects
