Case Management 1.29.577

Released 14/06/2022

New Features

  • CM-1413 - A new End Point for the Case Management API which can be used to start a case. See createCase

Improvements

  • CM-1588, CM-1605 - The Investigate task has been refactored for performance. The data retrieval mechanism has been improved, using a standard interface for task data retrieval (other tasks will be changed to this method in future releases)
  • CM-1600 - The word "citizen" has been removed from much of the Case Management interface, most noticeably the "Contact Citizen" button is now just "Contact" and the "Citizen Details" section is called "Contact Details"
  • CM-1628 - Emails sent out by Case Management can now use internationalisation tokens

Fixes

  • CM-1640 - While creating a new Request Payment task, the cancel button didn't correctly cancel the creation of the task. Note that the task will still show in the task list as cancelled
  • CM-1648 - If a task used a routine to pause the case SLA, then resume the SLA when it was completed, the SLA would fail to restart and subsequent tasks would generate errors
  • CM-1652 - Task Limits (ie the minimum number of times a task should be completed before a case can be closed) were being ignored
  • CM-1671 - When converting a case from one type to another the case notes incorrectly included an additional blank entry
  • CM-1676 - Fix issues that would result in case details being blank. This was primarily caused by the retrieval End Point not tolerating missing or badly formatted data
