Improvements

• TCHILL-661 - The BEM modifiers output for the panel styles have changed to be more specific to the Chill theme. This is so they don't impact the Panel template. The following changes have been made:
  • .a-panel becomes .a-panel--chill
  • .a-panel__ elements now have an a-panel block parent element, for example .a-panel__content becomes .a-panel--chill .a-panel__content
