Fixes
- CONTACTDIR-70 - When Contacts appeared in a card view (eg as part of a list) a hardcoded h3 element caused a nested heading accessibility failure
- CONTACTDIR-73 - Make sure that the summary mode picked in the article extras of the Contact template is respected (it was incorrectly always showing the "both" in lists and "summary" in search results)
