Learn how to use the workflow modeller, create a workflow process, and integrate with the Self Service website template.

• Understand when, where and how data is saved in workflow
• Understand how to debug a workflow process
• Be able to automatically start user tasks
• Know how to use workflow timers to control when things happen
• Know how to access other parts of the platform from your workflow
• Understand how to interact with a workflow process from other areas of the platform
• Be able to handle errors

• Length - 5 hours delivered over 2 sessions with an optional third session
• Maximum Delegates - 6

Pre-Requisites

Delegates must be familiar with the workflow modeller and ideally have completed Workflow - Introduction. Basic platform concepts such as user and content management and form design are assumed. A basic knowledge of JavaScript is essential.
