Workflow - Introduction

Learn how to use the workflow modeller, create a workflow process, and integrate with the Self Service website template.

• Understand the use of site groups and users in workflow processes
• Be able to create a basic workflow process and start it from a form submission
• Create workflow user tasks
• Create a Self Service article to claim and carry out tasks as part of a process instance

Pre-Requisites

Delegates should be competent using the iCM forms designer, be familiar with creating article content in iCM, and have an understanding of general platform principles like site users. A basic knowledge of JavaScript is preferred.
