The editor provides various options for aligning elements in a model. This has no impact on the functionality of the model and is purely visual.
Aligning Elements Vertically
The vertical alignment option allows several elements within the model to be relocated so that their centre points are aligned vertically. Select the elements that should be aligned by holding down the SHIFT key whilst clicking on them.Next click the "Align model vertical" button in the toolbar. The selected elements will be shifted into alignment vertically:
Aligning Elements Horizontally
The horizontal alignment option enables several elements within the model to be relocated so that their centre points are aligned horizontally. Select the elements that should be aligned by holding down the SHIFT key whilst clicking on them.Next click the "Align model horizontal" button in the toolbar. The selected elements will be shifted into alignment horizontally:
Making Elements the Same Size
The "Same size" option enables several elements within the model to be re-sized so that they end up with the same height and width. Select the elements that should be resized by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking on them.
Then click the "Same size" button in the toolbar. Each element will be resized to use the maximum height and the maximum width of all of the selected elements .
Arrow Keys
You can select an element and use the keyboard arrow keys to move it.
