- CM-1281 - Update the End Points used in data exports to better handle case conversions. The current case type is now used throughout
- CM-1389 - Update case notes and case reporting histories to include the current
caseType andcaseSubtype (ie the latest values after case conversion). Previously the original case type was used
Fixes
- CM-1140 - Dashboards are showing "unknown" for whether a user was assisted or not. After investigation we discovered these "unknown" cases are assisted cases raised in versions prior to 1.17.0 and the problem is not present in cases raised since that release
- CM-1183 - Case counts on dashboards were not accurate for converted cases. They were erroneously counted against the original case type
- CM-1374 - When a Case Manager views an email there was an occasional problem where they could not return to the main Case Manager view
- CM-1398 - It wasn't possible to see all users when reassigning a case when a user group contained more than 999 users
- CM-1400 - The case search results count didn't always match the number of results. This could happen when case process data was deleted but the search index wasn't up to date. Now the results will show what data they can from the search index
