Fixes
- FRAMEWORK-535 - The Framework 18 Highlight Box inline definition was missing from inlines.export
- FRAMEWORK-536 - Under some conditions the source sizes in the responsive image component weren't calculated initially, leading to oversized images loading
- FRAMEWORK-538 - In the responsive image component the image will now be hidden while source is empty (ie until the image has loaded) to prevent layout problems while images are loading
- FRAMEWORK-539 - Once loaded, responsive images now have any placeholder background colours removed from the image wrapper so that images with transparency actually look transparent
