View, Amend or Cancel Bookings

Bookers can manage their bookings from the My Bookings calendar.

My Bookings

This personal calendar displays all of the room bookings you have made. It allows you to amend and cancel bookings.

Manage Your Bookings

Select a booking to view its details.

From here you can amend any of the booking details or cancel it. If the booking repeats press "Amend booking" or "Cancel booking", then choose to amend or cancel the selected occurrence or all occurrences in the series. To change the number of repeats, or the dates and times of the repeats, pick "Amend all occurrences".

When editing a booking, the same form that was used to make the booking is reloaded, which allows all of the details, including the date, time, booker and host, to be changed.

Refunds

Room Bookings has no way to refund bookings that have been paid for and then cancelled. Refunds need to be managed outside of the product.
