Case Management 1.31.679

Released 01/09/2022

New Features

  • CM-1764 - A new deleteCase API method for deleting case data

Fixes

  • CM-769 - When a user made changes to either the Start, Closed or Escalated Status in the Case Type Status configuration form the changes were not displayed on the form until it was reloaded
  • CM-865 - Improved guidance text has been added to the configuration settings when adding tasks
  • CM-1399 - In case search the "View case" button didn't appear if the case config "pathEnquiry" used an article ID (ie it only worked if it used a friendly URL)
  • CM-1556 - The email template when assigning a task to a user incorrectly mentioned groups
  • CM-1570 - Deprecate the addAttachmentToCase API End Point which had incorrectly been released
  • CM-1573 - The addNoteToCase API End Point has been refactored to perform the following checks prior to creating a note against the case. If any of these checks fail then an error message will be returned and the note will not be added:
    1. Does the user supplied in the parameters exist in the environment
    2. Does the case supplied in the parameters exist in the environment
    3. Does the user have permissions to add a note to the case
  • CM-1639 - If the additional details form was changed in the case type configuration either adding a form, removing a form or changing the form used this was not reflected on the Case Manager's View or Case Enquiry View when the case was opened
  • CM-1657 - If the Case Management group in the case type had not been entered in UPPERCASE in the case type configuration, the check for whether the case could continue to be managed by the current case manager when converting a case was failing
  • CM-1663 - Updates have been made to the complaints digest and case retrieval code to use the current rather than original case type for locating cases to be displayed on the dashboard. Deployment requires updating the casemanagement-complaints package to version 1.31 or higher and rebuilding the digest
  • CM-1680 - If a Case Type had been configured with duplicated form names used for the Read Only Template, Read Only Form or Additional Details Form then only the first item's data would be loaded, this presented as either the Show Case Details button or the Additional Details tab not being available in Case Manager's view
  • CM-1685 - If an invalid form name was entered when using the Setup/Naming configuration form for a Case Task, the validation error message was not being displayed when the page refreshed
  • CM-1717 - On the Case Manager's view the guidance text when adding an attachment was not displaying the maximum file size
  • CM-1766 - Private notes could appear to the person who raised the case if the case type used an older style End Point to hold it's configuration
  • CM-1774 - All dashboards that display SLAs were failing to retrieve working days configuration, resulting in the number of days to or after an SLA breach being incorrect
