Fixes
- SD-61 - The summary displayed in templates like Self Service failed to load all of the data and displayed "Cannot read property..." errors
- SD-69 - The form used to update a service (if using the contribute forms) didn't correctly pull through the location if the Service article had location details set in it's article extras rather than taken from an existing article using the Location template
