Fixes
- ICMDN-1218 - An error would occur on the site login article if a single provider was configured and "autoSubmitIfOnlyProvider" was set in the authentication provider configuration. This could happen if a site wasn't using a trusted SSL certificate (eg https://intranet). Now the auto-submit behaviour will fall back to the JavaScript based auto submission
