A beta release of History Digests, a new version of the LDAP-SSO worker, improved form button styling, and the ability to to handle unsolicited SAML requests in the Authentication worker.

User profiles can now be updated on login, imports of forms and End Points only republish if changes are detected, file upload fields now have a "clear" button when navigating backwards through forms, plus other fixes.
