Improvements

• PTICM-10098 - We've reverted this ticket which was part of the 10.1.0.24 release, as in some cases it could actually make the performance of history digests worse
• PTICM-10263 - Improvements to the platform installation scripts to clean up temporary users and content locks if an import times out
• PTICM-10296 - A new "searchfilters" parameter has been added to the Machine Learning worker's deduplication function which allows two fields to be passed to the worker. This makes the initial query much more performant, and would, for example, allow you to search on first and last names, rather than just last name. A new version of the registration/deduplication form will be released in the new year to make use of this new filtering

• PTICM-10293 - We've changed the error handling in some form functions so that exceptions are rethrown. A previous change in behaviour caused issues with the event booking forms
