Keyless APIs do not require keys or tokens and can be administered directly from the Security Manager in the API Server. Clients of keyless APIs are typically restricted to the local machine or local network. The Security Manager obtains the current definitions of the keyless APIs using this method. These definitions are then cached so that future calls to keyless APIs can be serviced without requiring further requests to the Gatekeeper.
