Improvements

• ICMDN-1077 - When an image variant is used, the image size will be capped at the size of the source image, preventing the image from being stretched
• ICMDN-1080 - Allow templates to add a "noindex" metadata tag to head programmatically. This has been implemented in the "print" view of the Document template

Fixes

• ICMDN-1076 - Stop the media inline throwing a NullReferenceException when the media item has an expired display date
• ICMDN-1081 - Prevent the "print" view of the Document template emitting an empty <h2>
• ICMDN-1083 - Stop article summary text appearing in the "print" view of the Document template
• ICMDN-1084 - The Document Section template now uses its article heading text in the table of contents and navigation links as this makes more sense when it forms part of a document. Links to the Section from other parts of the site continue to use the alternative link text as normal
