You can manage the rooms you have created from either a User Requests or Self Service template set up to display the Room Admin workflow process.
Archiving
Archiving a room hides its calendar from the site, preventing future bookings. Existing bookings are unaffected. Archiving a room automatically emails anyone who has made a booking, using the template described later in Email and Message Templates.
Once a room's calendar has been archived a single "restore" task will exist in the self Service ort User Request templates that will reactivate the room and allow bookings to be made again.
Updating
Updating a room reloads the same form used to create it. You can edit all of the details that were originally entered apart from the management group.
