Breaking Changes

There are no breaking changes in this release.

Case Management 1.35.1442

This release has a new method for retrieving public holidays. Case Management now calls the list of holidays published on www.gov.uk/bank-holidays.json rather than maintaining its own. It's also possible to exclude public holidays from the list by updating the getWorkingConfig end point. See the "Working Days and Bank Holidays" section of SLAs and Working Hours for details.

It also has the following fixes:

  • Performance improvements when retrieving cases
  • The Worklist Dashboard correctly shows cases that have been converted from one type to another
  • A date formatting error has been fixed that could prevent the SLAs of cases that had already breached from being manually extended
  • When tasks were completed the counts of remaining tasks weren't automatically being updated in the search collection, which could prevent some Self Service filters from working accurately
  • The closeResolvedCases utility end point (used to bulk close cases) wasn't sending an email reporting which cases had been closed
  • The email generated when a staff member added a note to a case incorrectly used the name of the current case manager, rather than the name of the user who added the note
  • If a case had been reassigned from one team to another, the CSV generated when exporting the case via the Data Export Manager included the name of the original user group, not the new one
  • If a case's status was updated via a routine, the description of the case used by Self Service wasn't being updated to show the new status
  • The note added to case history for "Target completion date" is now private by default. This was inadvertently changed to public in version 1.34

Service Directory 1.1.10

The way that the Service Directory end points handle arrays has been changed as it was having a negative impact across all deployed end points. This was originally reported as an error in our Idox integration.
