Breaking Changes

There are no breaking changes in this release.

Chill Theme 14.11.116

The theme now uses the social sharing icons supplied by the framework (see the framework release note below). We've also fixed duplicate "main" elements on the Home template.

Contact Directory 1.3.61

The article extras of the Contact and Team templates were missing the IMPORTID, IMPORTDATE and IMPORTSOURCE fields. These have been restored.

Cruise Theme 12.11.159

The theme now uses the social sharing icons supplied by the framework (see the framework release note below). We've also fixed a keyboard navigation bug in the search bar at 200% and 400% zoom levels.

Data Retention Manager 2.0.192

We've fixed an exception that could be thrown if a history didn't have a value for labela, which would result in the list of existing schedules not returning.

Dynamic Theme 13.13.156

The theme now uses the social sharing icons supplied by the framework (see the framework release note below).

Events 15.8.108

In the Event Search we've fixed some duplicate link text for dates by adding the name of the event in hidden accessibility spans.

iCM4j Framework 29.18.1443

This release brings in the latest version of the framework core resources (version 29.4.1528). This includes:

  • Support for the Cruise theme fix above
  • Changing the Twitter icon in the "Share this page" bar to X
  • Changing the Twitter icon in the Authentication template to X and using a black background
  • Consolidating the "Share this page" component so it can be used by all themes

It also improves some of our internal tracing.

Impact Theme 13.7.103

The theme now uses the social sharing icons supplied by the framework (see the framework release note above).

Payment Reconciliation 1.0.18

The cleanup end point has been improved so that the deletion of workflows and old reconciliation histories (those older than six months) no longer waits for the deletion of completed/sealed histories to complete. The payment reconciliation package is now a top-level dependency of the standard site.

Room Bookings 1.3.181

An optional drop-down field has been added to the room booking form that allows bookers to pick the purpose of their booking. Options are taken from the purposeOptions property in the Room Booking configuration end point. If not configured, the drop-down won't appear.

It also has the following fixes:

  • Fixed an error that could occur when amending a booking during the approval process
  • Makes sure the daily export can cope with multiple buildings
  • Corrected the name of the terms and conditions configuration property
  • Fixed an exception that could occur when updating existing rooms that had been created in an older version of Room Bookings (before payment was introduced)
  • If a room had both "pay on the day" and "pay in advance" options enabled, only pay in advance was available to the booker
  • If a room required payment on the day of the booking, the form that showed the booking details would display an error message
  • The booking approval form wasn't always displaying the price of the booking
  • It wasn't possible to take a cash payment for a booking that required approval after the booking had been approved
  • A button labelled "Assign to me" was incorrectly appearing when viewing the details of a booking that had already been attended
  • Approval emails are correctly sent at the right point in the booking process
  • If you unchecked a booking from the list of recurring bookings on the confirmation screen, ticking the terms and conditions checkbox would recheck the booking that had been unchecked
  • The styling of the table in the approved booking/payment required email has been improved
  • When approving bookings, after approving or rejecting a booking, you are now redirected back to the Self Service template, not the room calendar of the booking
