Compares two dates to make sure that the end date is after the start date. It also check that both dates are set to be no more than 1 year in the future - this can be amended in the validation function for each field. Error messages can be customised in the field "Error message function" area.
The output is a more helpful error message on your form telling you exactly what the problem is.
