A set of forms that create a book of condolences. Users can submit comments, which go through an approval process, before being published on your site. The memorial book can also be downloaded as a pdf.
As well as the forms used to submit, approve, display and search comments, there are two end points - one pulls the list of people from a field who have passed away, the other then uses that field data to look up any comments for that person. Approval is handled by a simple workflow process.
