Details

This job application form includes our standard contact fields and upload fields for a CV and covering letter. The form looks up all of the job advert articles in a section of your site and displays them in a drop-down field. You can also add job titles to the drop-down manually. The user selects which role they are applying for so you only need to manage a single form.

Output

The form also has placeholder action fields to trigger a Google Analytics event, send and email, start a workflow process and display a confirmation message to the user. You can update or remove these depending on how you'd like to use the form.
