List - Creating a Metadata List
- Go to Content > Metadata and Create a new metadata property
- Under this property create a metadata value
- Create a new article and set the template to be List
- Go to Extra and set 'Include metadata articles?' to 'Yes'
- Go to Related Content and relate your newly created metadata value to your list article
- View your List article on the site, it should not currently be listing any articles
- Within iCM update a few articles to have the newly created metadata value related to each of them (you cannot edit related content in bulk so you will have to do this one by one)
- You can now refresh your list article on the subsite and the list should now contain the articles that you have related the metadata values to
