Report It is a flexible reporting system designed to capture any incident that can be recorded on a map. Example uses include fly-tipping, graffiti, street cleaning, pot holes and abandoned vehicles.
All reports begin with a user selecting the location of the incident on a map. The map can then load existing reports in the area to avoid duplicates being logged. The remainder of the form then records details of what's being reported, including file uploads, witness details, extra categorisation of what's being reported, and the details of the person completing the form.
When the report is submitted it starts a case in the Case Management engine.
You can create new types of report without the need to copy or update the form users fill out - a single master form caters for all reports, with the configuration for the report type controlling which pages and questions are displayed.
