Publishers are users linked to employers. When a publisher creates a job advert, the role will automatically be linked to the employer the publisher is registered with.
Register as a Publisher
To register as a publisher, first find your company using the search:
The second page is populated by details from your user profile:
A confirmation email is sent to the email address on the user details page.
Approval
Approvals are handled by a single task in Self Service:
Approvals are carried out by staff members, not users linked to the employer.
Whether approved or rejected, the user registering as a publisher receives an email informing them of the decision. If approved their user is added to the organisation user group that is linked to the employer (created when the employer was registered).
