Fixes
- CM-1422 - The dashboards originally loaded their configuration using the names of the relevant cases. This meant that updating the name of a case skewed the results. Dashboard configuration is now loaded using the unique (and immutable) case type ID
- CM-1458 - Fix the Worklist Dashboard so that the correct closure reasons for the selected case type are available
