There are two forms you can use to find bookings. The room bookings search has a range of filters and a keyword search, the look-ahead form displays a list of bookings in a selected room or building.
Bookings Search
The bookings search includes a range of filters and a keyword search. It's designed to be used by staff members to find bookings.
Searching

At least one filter or keyword must be entered, but otherwise you are free to be as specific or broad in your search as needed.
For example, you could search for all bookings in a building on a particular date, or all bookings for a particular room across all dates.
The keyword field searches for the booking title, or details about the host or booker (ie their name, email or phone number).
Use the checkbox to include or exclude cancelled bookings.
Results
The search results display all of the information entered at the time of booking.

Setup
The room bookings search article uses the Forms Service template and has the "Search for a booking" (SBSEARCHBOOKING) form related to it.
The Building and Room Type drop-down lists are populated automatically using the
Look Ahead Form
This form displays all upcoming bookings for a building or room in a list.

Pick the date range and room or building you'd like to see results for.
The search will only return bookings in rooms or buildings that have been related to the search article (see below) and rooms that the current user has security access to view (ie is a member of the group the room article is secured to).
Setup
Create an article using the Form Service template and related the ROOMBOOKINGSLOOKAHEAD form to it.
Next relate one of the following to the article:
- One or more rooms (articles using the Slot Book template) to only display bookings in those rooms
- One or more buildings (ie the parent articles of various rooms) to only display bookings in those rooms
