• CONTACTDIR-57 - Update Contact template to use the responsive image component

• CONTACTDIR-54 - Remove unused images in the resource project and use the shared resources instead
• CONTACTDIR-66 - Email addresses are now output on the Contact template rather than the text "Email Contact Name" The address can still be configured to use a mailto link or link to a form chosen in the article extras
• CONTACTDIR-67 - Remove whitespace between contact label and values to match the .NET implementation

Fixes

• CONTACTDIR-51 - Improve the HTML output in the card view. The heading should use a h2, the <ul> structure is incorrect and the clear:both should be removed
• CONTACTDIR-53 - Stop the label for the address fields and empty HTML elements being output when the address is empty
• CONTACTDIR-55 - On the Contact template, replace the <span> elements which are direct children of the <ul> for 'email' with <li> elements
• CONTACTDIR-58 - Stop the mailto: link being output when there is no contact form or email address
• CONTACTDIR-62 - Fix the incorrectly nested <ul> elements in the related panel view
• CONTACTDIR-68 - When Contact articles are related to the Team template they incorrectly appear in the rendered panels section of the page, doubling up the content
• CONTACTDIR-69 - The "Social links" label should use an internationalisation token rather than being hardcoded in the HTML
