If you set a schedule as global it can no longer be managed using the standard buttons beneath the lists of schedules. Global schedules are managed using the "Maintain global schedules" section and changes made to them are passed to all histories that use them.
Existing Global Schedules
This table displays all global schedules, whether in use or not.
Manage
The "Manage" button lets you edit the global schedule. The standard scheduling form described in Policies for History Records and Process Instances is used.
Processes Using the Schedule
Press the "Processes" button to see a list of history types using this schedule.
